In order to maximise the reliability of our systems and their service life, each step of the production is tested according to the company's high quality standards. Since our plants and their control technology are completely manufactured in our in-house production facility, our qualified specialists diligently inspect every system component. This contributes to the continuous development of our products and ensures that even the most demanding requirements are met.
Quality is the result of planning
The results of the regular quality inspections are documented and analysed by us. We thus promote our own quality awareness, because quality is the result of planning - it does not happen by chance.
Every system we manufacture is subjected to extensive factory testing after completion:
- Visual inspection
- Testing of all system functions
- Hydraulic & pneumatic leak testing, as well as pressure testing
- Verification that measurement and control sequences are correct
- Electrical testing according to machinery directive VDE 0113
Our company has been recognised as a specialist company according to the Federal Water Act (WHG). Our responsible staff is trained and examined accordingly at regular intervals.
We not only wish to maintain our standard, but strive to continuously improve it.
