POFS PP
Polymer Online Feeding System
The POFS PP is a fully automatic compact system for the preparation of a highly effective polymer solution used in batch and online processing.
Water and product volumes are automatically controlled by PID software controllers.
The product and water volume is PID controlled. Therefore, the user only needs to set the amount of the required polymer solution and concentration via the touch panel or from an external device using a 4-20mA signal or bus.
The system is controlled via a Siemens Simatic PLC. Via the touch panel, all parameters required for optimum operation can be entered and all process data can be monitored.Data and facts:
- Closed, proprietary VERDOS inline mixing system.
- Inductive flow meter for the PID controlled water flow path
- Coriolis or inductive flow meter for the PID controlled polymer supply
- Suction aid for stock polymer
- Stock polymer filter with bypass and replacement filter basket, 1200µm
- Integrated agitator control unit for stock polymer
- Chassis and piping made of high-quality stainless steel

The POFS MC is a semi-automatic compact system for the preparation of a highly effective polymer solution used in batch and online processing.
The water and product volumes are entered manually.
The system is controlled via a Siemens Simatic PLC. Via the touch panel, all parameters required for optimum operation can be entered and all process data can be monitored

- Water flow path with flow rate indication and monitoring
- Polymer line with flow monitor
- Suction aid with gauging unit for stock polymer
