Dosing & injection lances
Our dosing and injection lances are used for the injection of any chemical into a pipe system. They are adjustable in length, equipped with a non-return valve and ensure sufficient mixing.
Withdrawable injection lances
They can be withdrawn whilst the main is under pressure.
Suction lance
Raschig – PVDF Mixer
Compact mixer with PP, PVC or PVDF body, filled with Raschig rings made of PVDF. For optimum mixing of two chemicals. Optionally available with manual valves and spring-loaded non-return valves as well as a PP mounting plate.
IBC manifold
Individual IBC manifolds with height-adjustable stainless steel base. Material, size and connections of the distributors can be selected according to requirements.
Second dilution with distributor
Post-dilution adapted to the application for a Polymer solution, which is fed by a Polymer dosing unit and a pressure booster station.
With static mixer for homogenious mixing of the additionally diluted Polymer solution and 4 outlets for an optimal distribution in the main line at the customer.
