Our dosing systems for dyes are safe and reliable systems compliant with the German Water Resources Act.
Verdos dye dosing systems are typically controlled through an OPC connection from a real-time dye measurement system. At the same time, the DCS of the paper mill receives all important information about the system via ProfiNet or Profibus. As a result of this interaction, rapid dye changes or corrections are ensured, thus contributing to reject-free paper production.
