For optimal operation of the Yankee systems, various chemicals are required. These must be applied in combination, however, they must still be able to release their individual properties. This is the only way to meet requirements such as improved paper properties, longer blade and cylinder life, optimisation of paper adhesion to the Yankee cylinder.
To this end, Verdos manufactures premium Yankee dosing systems.
Our Yankee dosing systems are high-quality, low-maintenance and durable systems in compact design.
Type and material of the dosing pumps used here is suited to the respective chemicals. The number of mixed chemicals is adapted to the respective application.
Equipped with an automatic unit for the dilution of chemicals, as well as a rinsing unit for dosing pumps and lines.
The system is controlled via a Siemens Simatic PLC. Via the touch panel, all parameters required for optimum operation can be entered and all process data can be monitored.
